Below are recommended resources for exploring Dharma teachings and developing a meditation practice. We list resources from several master teachers in hopes that you will find an entry point that resonates with you. Each of these teachers provide highly skillful and accessible instruction on the essential teachings of Buddha dharma and what is commonly referred to as Vipassana, Insight Meditation, and/or mindfulness.

Insight Timer is a great app for timing your meditations. It also includes guided meditations, but note that they are from many different Buddhist traditions and spiritual forms.

Dharma Seed houses recorded Dharma talks and meditation instruction from teachers in the Theravada and Insight Meditation traditions. You can listen through both their website and app.
